• Participate in due diligence (financial, commercial, and operational).
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction memoranda.
• Support negotiations and transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist management with strategic initiatives.
• Develop relationships with investment bankers, executives, consultants and other industry contacts to assist sourcing.
