Job summary

Flexcompute is seeking a dynamic Sales Director & Team Lead to drive enterprise adoption of Tidy3D. You will own strategic named accounts in EM/photonics/RF, lead a high-impact sales team, and shape the GTM future of Tidy3D.

You will build relationships with senior engineering leaders, deliver data-driven value propositions, and close flagship deals with semiconductor, photonics, AR/VR, and RF innovators.

Qualifications

• Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close.
• Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Establish a data-driven sales culture using KPIs and analytics.
• Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D.
• Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D.
