Job summary

RiverMead, a premier not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Peterborough, NH, seeks a Cook for the 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift. You will prepare meals for residents, staff, and guests, moving between the Pub, Bistro, Health Center, and Main Kitchen to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, catering, or institutional food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items across multiple dining venues.
• Provide food service support during the midday shift across venues such as Pub, Bistro, Health Center, and Main Kitchen.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards for lunch and dinner.
