Job summary

RiverMead Lifecare Community in Peterborough, NH, seeks a Cook for the midday shift (10:00 AM–6:30 PM) to support meal service across multiple dining venues.

You will prepare a variety of menu items, ensure quality and portion control, and follow food safety guidelines while working with chefs, dietary staff, and residents in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or institutional dining is a plus.
• Ability to move between venues and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items across venues.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and dietary staff.
