We Are Legal Revolution in Washington DC seeks a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate to join its DC office. You will review and design benefit and compensation programs for corporate/M&A matters, drafting complex documents with precision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the field, a JD and DC bar admission or eligibility, and a readiness to work in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Substantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and compensation documents.
• A Juris Doctor degree and DC bar admission or eligibility to obtain it.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a corporate services practice.
• Willingness to be in office 5 days per week in Washington DC.

Responsabilités

• Review employee benefit plans, executive agreements and compensation programs for corporate and M&A transactions.
• Assist in designing and implementing employee benefit and executive compensation programs for varied business structures.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation documents with high attention to legal and commercial detail.
• Manage multiple matters from inception to conclusion while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Support and develop business generation efforts through group initiatives and individual relationship building.
