Qualifications

• Abundant experience with executive compensation, employee benefits, ERISA, or corporate transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating employment and equity documentation.
• Experience advising on equity incentive plans and related programs.

• Advise clients on sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, equity award agreements, and related documents.
