Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee benefits and ERISA experience.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions transactions.
• Experience designing and advising on employee benefit and executive compensation programs.
• Experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, deferred compensation, and equity compensation.
• Experience with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related regulations.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-closing integration.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required; Illinois bar admission or eligibility.
