Job summary

Weaver Partners is seeking an experienced retirement plan professional who blends hands-on administration and compliance testing with excellent client-facing skills. The role centers on 403(b) plans, particularly in higher education, but candidates need not have spent their entire career in 403(b).

You will own the technical work while serving as a day-to-day resource for clients and advisors, including plan administration, testing, amendments, and liaison with auditors/recordkeepers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan compliance/testing experience.
• Solid understanding of 403(b) plans.
• 403(b) testing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong 401(k)/Defined Contribution knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills.
• TPA background preferred.
• FTWilliam preferred; Relius experience considered.

The position has a meaningful focus on 403(b) plans, particularly within the higher education market, but candidates do not need to have spent their entire career specializing in 403(b).

A strong 401(k) / Defined Contribution TPA administrator who understands 403(b) plans and can confidently speak to their requirements could be an excellent fit. Hands-on 403(b) testing experience is especially valuable.
