Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Software Developer to support a government client at Stennis, MS. The role focuses on web applications, interfaces, and data challenges within aviation platforms.

The position requires developing web pages and services, documenting processes, and collaborating with government and civilian agencies. A Secret clearance is required, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with web applications, databases, and related programming languages.
• Ability to develop interfaces including interactive webpages and web services.
• Strong writing skills for technical reports and documentation.
• Ability to interact with government and civilian agencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Applies working knowledge of web applications, relational databases, and related programming languages, tools, technologies, and standards.
• Develops interfaces to include interactive webpages and web services.
• Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position.
• Interfaces with government and civilian agencies as required.
• Be responsible for analysis, coding, testing, documenting processes, and applications from detailed requirements.
• Participate in the preparation of specifications, developing software through delivering customer focused end items.
• Learn and gain real world experience from a world class organization while working closely with other developers to solve complex data challenges for the Government.
