Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a government client in Panama City, FL. This role requires a SECRET security clearance and nine years of experience in software analysis, design, documentation, testing, and lifecycle processes.

The candidate will develop software solutions, create documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and maintain clear, well-commented code while designing system specifications and standards.

Requirements

Desired experience

• Nine (9) years of experience with analyzing information, software design, software documentation, software testing, general Programming skills, software development fundamentals, software development process, software requirements, software architecture.
• Experience with developing software solutions; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Experience with preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

Desired Education
