Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Parcel Processing shift (10:00am - 6:30pm). The role offers paid training, no weekend work, and opportunities for advancement as Ferguson expands its distribution network.

You will pick, verify, and ship products, using scanners or voice systems, and work as part of a team to meet daily goals. Training is provided for equipment operation with additional pay for operators.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Equipment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product to specifications to reach customers intact.
• Verify product before shipping to ensure correct item is sent.
• Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts) with training provided.
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.
