Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Parcel Processing in Celina, OH. The role runs a mid shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime and no weekend work.

You’ll pick, pack, verify, and ship products, using scanners or voice systems, while maintaining safety and accuracy. Training is provided and opportunities exist for advancement as our distribution network grows.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Package picked product to our specifications to reach our customers intact.
• Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided) - Additional $1.00/hour for Equipment Operators!
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures.

Schedule

• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Overtime as scheduled

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
