Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baton Rouge. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and packing orders, using RF devices, receiving and stocking material, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Compensation

Pay Range: $15.61 – $23.41 per hour. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
