Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance following GMP and safety standards, and train others as needed.

The role requires 4+ years manufacturing experience, mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Core hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime possible. Wage: $33.00–$40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills required.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• English communication required; Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose issues and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Read work orders and maintenance manuals to complete tasks.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in work areas.
