Menasha Corporation in Neenah, Wisconsin, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair all machinery, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role requires an Electro-Mechanical Associate degree and hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

You will work on a rotating 8-hour shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with overtime possible and collaborate with production staff and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for Electro-Mechanical Technician.
• Maintains and repairs machinery to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Follows diagrams, manuals, and specifications; troubleshoots malfunctions.

Responsabilités

• Execute preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues with production staff.
• Collaborate with contractors and OEMs for repairs.
• Locate problems using measuring instruments and visual inspection.
• Wiring and installation of AC/DC motors, drives, and control equipment.
• Document work and communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
