Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect and optimize production and warehouse equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical issues, and coordinate with departments to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and reading skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics, use measuring tools, and operate a PC for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Able to use micrometer, caliper and other measuring tools.
• Proficient with personal computers and basic maintenance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair to maintain productivity and quality.
• Minimize downtime by coordinating with departments.
• Disassemble, repair, overhaul and troubleshoot plant machines.
• Maintain parts inventory and document actions in maintenance reports.
• Follow safety policies and participate in continuous improvement activities.
