Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm). You will maintain production and warehouse equipment, troubleshoot complex automation, and coordinate with vendors.

Strong focus on safety and GMP adherence, with opportunities for continuous improvement and reporting on maintenance actions. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience preferred, especially electrical work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; maintenance experience preferred.
• Must read blueprints, schematics and manuals accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex automation and equipment.
• Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment with safety as priority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment to support production/warehousing in a safe environment.
• Act as front line technical lead for automation or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for maintenance and parts.
• Communicate with stakeholders on Safety, Quality and Production impacts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document actions and irregularities.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and company safety policies.
