Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a CNA – Mid-Shift Patient Experience & Safety Specialist to enhance patient satisfaction and safety during peak activity hours. You will perform purposeful rounding, assist with daily care, and collaborate with RNs to ensure responsive, patient-centered care in a busy mid-shift environment.

Responsibilities include fall prevention, timely comfort measures, and accurate documentation while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform required physical tasks.
• Experience in acute care or inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform purposeful rounding at established intervals with focus on pain, positioning, personal needs, and possessions within reach.
• Anticipate patient needs to reduce call light usage and improve responsiveness.
• Provide timely comfort measures and report changes in condition to the RN.
• Monitor fall risk and ensure safety interventions are in place.
