Job summary

Riverside Healthcare provides opportunities for a CNA to support mid-shift patient experience and safety through purposeful rounding and bedside presence during the 9am-9pm schedule. You will help with comfort, safety, and daily activities, ensuring a responsive care environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring fall risk, documenting observations, and collaborating with the nursing team to deliver timely care while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform purposeful rounding at established intervals to address pain, positioning, ADLs, and possessions.
• Monitor fall risk and ensure safety interventions and call lights are within reach.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient-centered care with dignity.
• Coordinate with RNs and team; report changes promptly; participate in huddles and handoffs.
