Logan Services, a family-owned HVAC and plumbing service provider based in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate technician schedules and keep service calls moving smoothly on-site. You will manage last-minute changes, optimize routes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The Impact You'll Make

Every schedule change is an opportunity to find a solution and keep things moving.

• Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, repairs, maintenance visits, and return trips.
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, skill set, and customer needs.
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes throughout the day to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls to help customers get the assistance they need.
• Communicate with technicians, Customer Service Representatives, managers, and other departments to keep everyone informed.
• Coordinate scheduling around parts availability and job requirements.
• Help keep customers informed about appointment updates and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch information using CRM and dispatch systems.
• Monitor daily workloads, anticipate scheduling challenges, and take action before small issues become bigger problems.
• Support service goals while balancing technician productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Help technicians stay productive, informed, and supported throughout their day.
