We seek a talented Software Engineer to design and implement complex software capabilities, and to integrate Next-Gen coding agents while maintaining robust unit and integration tests.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of software engineering with modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Guava).
• Experience designing enterprise APIs and RESTful web services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and OOP paradigms.
• Proficient with Linux operating system and configuration management tools such as Git, Nexus, Maven.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based software capabilities for computer-based systems.
• Work with AI agents and autonomous workflows to implement features.
• Ensure security, performance, and architectural alignment in code reviews.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, small business environment with a talented team.
• Travel to Fort Meade, MD 1–2 days per week and visits to Columbia, MD as needed.
