You will work with modern tools, stay current with AI agent integration (Claude Code, Gemini workflows), and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality software while balancing security and performance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Clearance: U.S. Government Security Clearance required; citizenship required.
• 9 years in Software Engineering with Modern Java frameworks; 7 years with a Master's; or 13 years with HS.
• Experience in RESTful web services.
• Experience in Microservices architecture.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software for computer-based systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Integrate autonomous AI agents into software workflows; ensure security and performance.
• Guide multi-file feature implementations and robust testing.
• Balance hands-on coding with mentorship in a fast-paced, small business environment.
