Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting litigation matters within a law firm or comparable environment.
• Excellent proofreading, writing, research and organizational skills.
• Experience with discovery, litigation documents and court filings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case development through resolution.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Prepare, proofread, cite-check and fact-check pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Assist with federal and state court filings.
• Support discovery, document review and e-discovery.
• Work with Relativity, Everlaw or comparable platforms.
• Maintain organized case files and litigation materials.
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation.
• Coordinate deadlines, filings and other case-management requirements.
• Assist with RFPs and related projects as required.

A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in San Francisco or Boston.

Matters may include complex commercial litigation, class actions, securities-related disputes and other significant litigation.

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case development through resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting litigation matters within a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Excellent proofreading, writing, research and organizational skills.
• Experience with discovery, litigation documents and court filings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a litigation team.
• Able to work from the San Francisco or Boston office Tuesday through Thursday.
• Interest in developing a long-term career within sophisticated litigation.

Experience That Would Be an Advantage

Experience in complex commercial litigation, class actions, securities litigation, antitrust or other sophisticated disputes is particularly relevant, but candidates from other strong litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Relativity, Everlaw or similar e-discovery platforms is also highly valued.

Base salary: $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a discretionary annual bonus.
