The position requires 7+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience and a Paralegal Certificate. You will handle discovery, subpoenas, document productions, and trial preparation with a hybrid in-office schedule.
Litigation Paralegal (7+ Years Litigation Experience)
Pay rate: $50.00 – $56.00 per hour (DOE) + Full Benefits

Manage cases from inception through trial and resolution
Identify and initiate records subpoenas and prepare timelines/summaries
Coordinate and manage document productions; discovery; large volume ediscovery
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Federal and California court rules (calendaring)
Must be able to prepare, format, & edit legal documents such as pleadings, discovery and correspondence (including TOA/TOC)
Coordinate experts and expert discovery
Assists with cite-checking and legal research as needed
Assists attorneys in pre-trial preparation (exhibits, binders, pretrial filings) and attendance at trial
Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel
Paralegal Certificate required
7+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of Federal and California court procedures
Familiarity with ESI and ediscovery
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented with a professional, client-facing demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
Experience with document management systems (iManage and ProLaw a plus)
Must be available for overtime work as needed
