Advocate Health is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee the Mid-Revenue Cycle and drive efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across the function. You will lead a team, manage performance, and align workflows with organizational standards and accreditation requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, data analytics, and healthcare technology proficiency within a complex hospital system, with collaboration across departments to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mid-Revenue Cycle expertise including facility and professional coding knowledge and HIM workflows.
• Experience in process improvement, performance management, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Mid-Revenue Cycle operations and team performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinicians, IT, and finance.
• Coach and develop staff and conduct hiring/training/evaluations.
