Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required with related experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of related experience in corporate accounting or risk analysis.
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting, credit risk analysis, financial management and revenue recognition.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with customer support policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm and in-office 1-2 days/week in Pittsburgh, PA or Louisville, KY.

Job description

  • Complete a variety of client transactions under guidance
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Interpret information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Handle requests from clients or market partners
  • Perform actions to successfully complete client or market-partner requests
  • Ensure activities comply with line-of-business standards and internal policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal partners to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Contact clients to obtain required information, respond to questions, and resolve problems
  • Apply customer-focused practices to create customized customer solutions
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
  • Associate's or equivalent degree, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
  • Related experience or product knowledge
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting, credit risk analysis, financial management, financial operations, and revenue recognition
