Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients in a book of business
  • Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well-being
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Build and manage internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships
  • Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships to enhance the client experience
  • Present the full range of PNC products and services to bring the entire bank to clients
  • Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
