Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market team in Cleveland, seeking a Sales and Delivery Lead to oversee delivery across multiple programs and engage with Sales on standardized assets. You will drive delivery excellence, talent development, and customer success while shaping proposals and leading Orals for complex pursuits.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, governance, and building reusable delivery offerings to speed time-to-value for mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years delivering large and small transformation programs with multi-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with bid processes (RFP/RFI), proposals and oral presentations.
• Strong delivery governance, risk management and program planning capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years of work experience if no degree emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs or engagements (MM T&O portfolio).
• Develop and grow talent by coaching teams and partnering with HR on capability building.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to standardize delivery assets and accelerate value.
• Support bids and lead client Orals with delivery strategy and execution confidence.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, and templatized solution offers to improve speed to value.
