Reddit is seeking a highly analytical and strategic leader to scale the North America Mid-Market sales team. You will own sales planning, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution to drive growth and operating excellence.

Part of the Scaled Revenue Strategy & Operations team, this role partners with Sales leadership and central analytics to deliver executive-level insights and scalable improvements. Experience in advertising/tech is preferred.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in strategic or operational roles such as Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical background with ability to build and interpret complex models in Excel and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including business plans, operating models, segmentation and resource allocation.
• Develop and recommend GTM strategies for the Mid-Market segment with cross-functional partners.
• Drive cross-functional projects to implement new sales initiatives and operating rhythms.
• Partner with analytics to produce executive-level reporting on pipeline health, velocity, and seller productivity.
• Diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable plans for Sales leadership.
