Triple Whale is hiring a Customer Success Manager on the Growth team to guide ecommerce brands through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization. You’ll own each onboarding from kickoff to renewal, ensuring clean data, accurate tracking, and successful platform adoption.

The role emphasizes technical configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive churn risk management in a fast-paced, largely automated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in ecommerce or marketing tech SaaS.
• Able to learn a new platform thoroughly and guide others through it.
• Familiarity with ecommerce marketing stack (Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own an active onboarding book end-to-end with speed and clear communication.
• Run structured kickoff calls mapping tech stack, stakeholders, and goals.
• Guide customers through pixel installations and URL tests across platforms.
