Job summary

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, seeks a Business Analyst to help scale the Mid‑Market platform. You’ll support the Head of Business Expansion, Mid‑Market and translate strategy into actions through rigorous analysis, business-case development, and operational enablement.

You will report to the Head of Business Expansion, Mid‑Market – Growth Office. A bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in a business management or analytical role within insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Business Case Development: Prepare comprehensive business cases with inputs from stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and non‑financial data, prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Project Management: Support multiple initiatives, coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive progress.
• Communication: Develop and distribute communications for the underwriting unit, ensuring alignment with objectives.
