Truist Wealth in the United States (Florida region) seeks a seasoned middle-market banker to identify, solicit, and manage relationships with clients generating $75MM–$500MM in annual sales, offering a full suite of loans, deposits, capital markets and treasury services.

The role emphasizes leveraging integrated relationship management, cross-selling non-credit financial services, and maintaining deep expertise in complex credits and structures, including syndications and participations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong interpersonal communications and client relationship skills for borrowers of significant debt.
• Proficient in corporate finance, capital markets, treasury and non-credit services.
• Ability to understand complex credits and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Truist processes and teams to deliver differentiated client experience across client interactions.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to win new relationships and expand existing ones.
• Contribute to credit decisioning with financial analysis, underwriting requirements and risk mitigation.
• Proactively contact clients to develop middle market relationships and refer needs to appropriate partners.
• Drive fee-based revenue through non-credit financial services in middle market clients.
• Maintain expertise in finance and capital markets products, including loan syndications and participations.
