As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving and closing business, generating new leads, and managing your growing pipeline. You will be the face of TCP to your customers and prospects, acting as their main point of contact throughout the full sales cycle. We are seeking candidates with a "hunter" mentality, a drive to succeed, and a positive mindset. Whether you are experienced in sales but new to SaaS, have a few years in SaaS sales, or are an SDR ready for your next step, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  1. Identify as a subject matter expert and advisor to prospective customers, through knowledge of current trends and topics of interest within assigned market segment(s).
  2. Drive recurring subscription revenue via new customers.
  3. Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue quota.
  4. Conduct needs assessments at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive, etc.).
  5. Communicate effectively the features and benefits of our niche software products.
  6. Maintain an organized database of accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  7. Perform customized presentations and product demonstrations.
  8. Manage, track, and forecast revenue opportunities accurately.
  9. Communicate a compelling value proposition to potential customers.
  10. Promote the company's capabilities within assigned market segments.
  11. Focus on prospecting and outbound sales, making 50-75 calls daily.
  12. Generate 80% self-sourced business, with 10% from marketing/inbound leads and 10% from partnerships.
  13. Manage territory planning and management.
  14. Travel 20-30% of the time.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS and managing the full sales cycle.
  3. Proven success in pipe to quota of 3-5x.
  4. Ability to assess sales opportunities via a consultative approach.
  5. Proactive, detail-oriented, good listener.
  6. Results-oriented with high integrity.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, engaging storytelling, personal engagement.
  8. Mentor and team contributor.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, meet deadlines.
  10. Outgoing, energetic, problem-solver attitude.
  11. Willing to think outside the box to help customers.
  12. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  13. Strong organizational skills for high-volume outbound calls and emails.
