What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed ARR targets.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer pain points and business needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on security industry trends and how the solution creates business value.
  • Provide feedback to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help document and evolve scalable sales processes.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (PropTech or ConTech SaaS sales is a must-have)
  • Prior startup experience (especially Series A/B) is necessary
  • Skilled at outbound prospecting and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in mid-market or physical security industries is a major plus.
  • Consistent record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Collaborative mindset, great communicator, and hungry to learn.
