The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in lender-side representation and a strong background in handling financing for technology, life sciences, and middle-market companies.

Duties:

Represent banks and private credit funds in commercial finance transactions.

Structure, draft, and negotiate loan agreements and related financing documents.

Advise clients on secured and unsecured lending, including venture and growth financing.

Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on lending arrangements.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate transactions.

Stay informed on regulatory developments and compliance matters affecting commercial finance.

Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial finance law.
