OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal.

You will join a team that develops, tests, and fields tactical missile defense systems, with real-time HWIL, software/hardware interfaces, and digital representations of complex systems. The role emphasizes designing and maintaining test cases, analyzing results, and developing system requirements; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities include: You will join a well-established team that supports the development, test, and fielding of tactical missile defense systems. The selected candidate will work with real-time hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) systems, tactical software & hardware, and digital representations of complex missile defense systems. Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on missile defense system and/or algorithm performance.

The selected candidate will develop and maintain test cases to support software integration and system integration.

The selected candidate may support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts.

Apply practical engineering knowledge across a broad range of established system engineering principles, concepts, and methods

Analyze and document results of test cases in software and hardware test report documentation.

Develop system requirements to support system functionality.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a highly related technical field. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is required.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.
• Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex system behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts.

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools using MATLAB.
• Experience in real-time analysis using Linux/Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD).
• Experience in C, C++, Linux/Unix operating systems, and Microsoft Office.

Required Education

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree. Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
