Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities include

: You will join a well-established team that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems.

• Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance.
• Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system-level interactions.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts.
• Interact with external customers and stakeholders, program offices, and radar development prime contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a highly related technical field. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.
• Using MATLAB, Python, and/or similar tools, must be proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering.
• Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex radar behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.
• MATLAB Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools.
• Experience in radar analysis, radar systems engineering, and/or radar test and evaluation.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with AN/TPY-2 TM.
• Experience with radar signal detection/injection HWIL systems.
• Experience in C, C++, and Ada programming, Linux/Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office.

Required Education:

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility:

Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
