Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Technical Editor to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) CICADAS task order at Fort Meade, MD. The editor will review intelligence products for grammar, style, and accuracy, and coordinate revisions to ensure compliance with IC guidance.

Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required; compensation ranges from $95,000 to $155,000 annually and depends on experience and contract funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 8 years of related editing experience

Responsibilities

• Reviews intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensures style/format conforms to agency standards and vocabularies.
• Amends drafts, tables, and graphics to align with accompanying text.
• Assists in managing CIC finished intelligence products for external dissemination.
• Researches information from stakeholders and editors to ensure accuracy.
