Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering essential.
• Minimum 3 years in structural analysis and testing preferred.
• Knowledge of CFR Part 23 is an asset; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic structural analysis of metallic/composite structures.
• Develop finite element models to determine loads and stress concentrations.
• Prepare substantiation reports and test plans for FAA compliance.
• Review drawings, specs and service bulletins for Part 23 compliance.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and other disciplines.
