Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Project Finance Associate with 3-5 years of energy project finance experience for our Los Angeles, CA office. The role focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, including tax equity and credit arrangements.

You will represent developers, sponsors, lenders and investors; draft and negotiate financing documents; coordinate due diligence; and drive matters toward closing in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of energy project finance experience with a focus on tax equity.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, sponsors, lenders, and investors in renewable energy transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related financing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction workstreams.
• Drive matters toward closing in a collaborative environment.
