Job summary

Jobot is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate in Boston, MA, to join a sophisticated practices group focused on complex commercial real estate deals. Qualifications

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Active MA Bar admission is required.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other transaction-related agreements.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist with structuring and negotiating joint ventures and other real estate investment arrangements.
• Advise clients on transactional matters involving commercial properties, development projects, and real estate investments.
• Work with lenders, developers, investors, property owners, and other transaction participants.
• Coordinate with internal practice groups and outside professionals to facilitate transactions.
• Manage transaction timelines, documentation, and closing requirements.
• Support matters involving zoning, land use, permitting, and development as needed.
