Responsibilities

• Represent borrowers and lenders in construction and permanent financing
• Represent landlords and tenants in leasing transactions
• Handle asset and equity acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and organizational restructurings
• Manage title, permitting, and closing workstreams on complex transactions

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of real estate and transactional experience

• Title, land use permitting, design/construction contracts, condominiums, and affordable housing experience a plus

What We Offer

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $175,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
