Job summary

Jobot is seeking a mid-level associate to join a commercial real estate practice, handling transactions from structuring to closing. You will work on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development with direct client interaction and increasing ownership of matters.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in CRE transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and MA/CT/RI bar admission. This role offers meaningful responsibility in a deal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Solid academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents
• Support and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and related review
• Assist with and manage closings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance transactions
• Support development projects, leasing matters, and related transactional work
