Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Mid-Level Provider to work with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate personalized care for patients receiving hormone replacement and wellness services. You will help patients understand their care and progress toward health goals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions.
• Active board certification required at time of hire through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• Current DEA license.
• Current OBNDD license.
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training during clinical hours.
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong patient relationships and establish rapport.
• Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalized care with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director.
• Deliver hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
• Build meaningful patient relationships and educate patients about care.
• Attend two weeks of paid training before start.
• Support clinic operations with a patient-focused approach.
