Position Location: Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst / Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Saint Charles, MO; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; or Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, plan, and deploy internal/external projects.
• Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
• Extract, analyze, and prepare reports to assess supplier and internal performance.
• Develop, document, and implement processes and systems aligned with company goals.
• Support strategy development and implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and automate workflows.
• Manage procurement plans for supply chain integration and analysis.
• Assess and report compliance to stakeholders.
• Develop risk mitigation plans.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing supply/demand imbalances.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supplier or supply chain management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Supply Chain Planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience preparing data analysis reports.
• Experience presenting data summaries verbally or via PowerPoint to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Additional Details:

Work Location: Hybrid; some onsite work required at one of the listed locations.

Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.

Compensation: Salary range: USD $76,500 – $100,800. Applications accepted until May 21, 2025.
