Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a manufacturing team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes. This role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of engineering management experience, plus proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years in engineering management in manufacturing.
• Experience in project management, design, product development, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of manufacturing processes for efficient production.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage a team of engineers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive product development from conception to production while meeting quality standards.
• Ensure project delivery on time and within budget with cross-functional liaison.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
