Location:
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and counsel on various employment law matters, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, and leave of absence policies
- Review and draft policies related to employment law compliance
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including dispute resolution and litigation before administrative agencies and in court
- Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop effective strategies for employment law compliance and litigation matters
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law and provide proactive advice to clients
- Assist in managing client relationships and provide high-quality service
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on general advice and counseling, as well as employment-related litigation
- Strong knowledge of employment law, including wage and hour issues, leave of absence policies, and restrictive covenant agreements
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in handling employment-related litigation is essential
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Admission to the New York State Bar

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
