This position focuses primarily on employer-side litigation, including class and representative actions related to wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and other labor-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, particularly class actions, and be capable of providing strategic advice and handling investigations. Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour and discrimination cases.
• Manage class and representative actions in both state and federal courts.
• Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, including regulatory compliance, employee relations, and investigations.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Advise clients on preventative measures to reduce litigation risks.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Engage in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in labor and employment law, with at least 3 years focused on employer-side litigation.
• Experience in class action cases, including wage and hour disputes and discrimination claims.

Qualifications
