Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP in Texas seeks a mid-level patent litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners in district courts, ITC and PTAB proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science, USPTO registration is a plus, and possession of a state bar admission. California and Texas offices are preferred locations, with opportunities across other offices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator.
• Represents both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, ITC, and USPTO PTAB proceedings.
• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• USPTO registration is a plus but not required.

Winston Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have three to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. While California and Texas are the preferred office locations for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
