Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator.
• Represents both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, ITC, and USPTO PTAB proceedings.
• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• USPTO registration is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Litigate before district courts, the ITC, and/or USPTO in PTAB proceedings.
• Advise and strategize on patent litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage complex IP dockets.
